This place is a real gem 💎 It's beautiful, quiet, with stunning views, spotless and has all the amenities you would ever need. Our kids loved the large pool. The owners are very responsive, kind and welcoming. Poppi is a beautiful town with lots of nice places to eat and easy access to other surrounding towns. I highly recommend booking with Lucia and if we were back in this area I would definitely stay here again! Once again thank you for a wonderful stay!

A super nice place, with an impressive 360 degree view! Fantastic pool and hot tub. Excellent accommodation with everything you need 🫶🏻 The town of Poppi is a little jewel that can also be seen from the house. Very local environment. Lucia was a great host who was ready with answers/advice as soon as needed. We would love to go back.

We had a fantastic holiday. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. It is completely private and all you hear is the birds singing. The panoramic view outside is incredible, and also offers fantastic sunsets in the evening. We also loved the private pool and spa. The pool is large and our children play in the water all day. Lucia and Federico are the best hosts ever. They are ready to answer any questions and are very helpful. We highly recommend the accommodation and already plan to return next year.

This house exceeded our expectations, offering breathtaking panoramic views and a quiet, secluded location near Poppi. The house is modern, well equipped and clean, with a very pleasant pool and hot tub. The privacy and tranquility were priceless, but the services (supermarket and restaurants) are also within easy reach. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Lucia and Federico's house in Tuscany is a true jewel, carefully restored and modern. The views over Poppi and the surrounding countryside are spectacular. The hosts were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel at home. The city and the people are really friendly. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. I will definitely be back!
